We are considering sidewalk connections on the east side of 187th Avenue, between Johnson Street and Tualatin Valley Highway (OR 8). The east side is being considered for the sidewalk connection to align to align with existing sidewalks and to avoid impacts to property and significant trees.
The new sidewalk would likely be six feet wide, with a four-foot planter strip in most places. Part of the sidewalk between Alexander Street and Aloha Court may include on-street parking, where space allows.
If this street is selected to receive a sidewalk more detailed exhibits will be provided at a future open house.
